Testimonials

Hugh Fitzgerald has been an amazing inspiration in my life since meeting him in 2014. His determination in aiding those who need guidance on and off the Jiu Jitsu mat showcases his desire to spread love and self respect to those who feel lost. Hugh helped provide a balance for me when I was questioning myself and my purpose which appeared to be an endless journey. He has been a great addition in my life by showing me how to live in the moment.

Training with Hugh has been a transformative experience. I’ve been working with Hugh for the past year and I’ve  meaningfully increased my strength, endurance and focus. Hugh’s emphasis on a strong core, agility, balance  and  overall well-being has me feeling years younger! The journey continues and thanks to Hugh, I know i can continue to evolve into my best self.
